A Few Things You Might Be Wondering

Blue Haven Separation was founded on my experience of more than a decade in the legal industry, including working as a family lawyer. I understand the legal processes involved in separation and how overwhelming it can be to navigate them.
I created Blue Haven to offer a different approach by providing practical guidance, structured resources and personalised support to help you feel informed, prepared and empowered throughout your separation.
Blue Haven is not a law firm, and its services do not replace legal advice or representation. Where you need advice about your legal rights, entitlements or options, you should consult an appropriately qualified independent lawyer.
-
Absolutely. One of the reasons I created Blue Haven was to give people greater control over the support they access and the costs they incur.
Whether you need a single session to work through your immediate priorities, a personalised roadmap or help organising your financial information, you can choose the service that suits your circumstances. You can access further support if and when you need it, without committing to an ongoing arrangement.

Receiving correspondence or a settlement proposal during separation can feel overwhelming, particularly when you're unsure what it means or how to approach the next step.
Drawing on my experience in family law, I understand the types of issues that can arise during separation and the importance of feeling prepared before responding or making decisions. The Support Session provides an opportunity to work through the practical issues within the agreed scope, organise your questions and identify your next steps.
The session does not replace legal advice about the meaning, legal effect or merits of a proposal, or what you should accept. If you need advice on those matters, I recommend consulting an independent family lawyer.

Most orders arrive in 3–5 business days.Depending on your circumstances, independent legal advice may be essential.
My experience in family law has shown me how important it is to understand your position before making decisions that may have lasting financial or parenting consequences. Blue Haven is designed to help you become more organised, informed and prepared, so you can take a more active role in your separation.
You may still need a lawyer to advise you about your rights and entitlements, assess a proposed settlement, prepare or review legal documents, or represent you in a dispute. My aim is not to replace that advice, but to help you access practical support and recognise when specialist legal assistance is appropriate.

Blue Haven's services are designed to give you clarity about costs from the outset. Each service has an upfront price, so you can decide what support suits your needs and budget before booking.
Appointments can be booked online, with the service details, duration and applicable terms provided before you confirm. Any work outside the stated scope of a service will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
This approach reflects one of the reasons I created Blue Haven: to give people greater transparency, flexibility and control over the support they access during separation.
-
Absolutely. Blue Haven is here to support you throughout separation and beyond. Even after the major decisions have been made and arrangements are in place, unexpected issues, difficult conversations or new challenges can arise.
You might need help thinking through a situation, working out how to respond to a request, organising your thoughts or deciding what practical steps to take next.
The Support Session allows you to book a one-to-one session whenever something comes up and you would value an experienced sounding board. There is no need to commit to ongoing sessions or legal representation. You can access support when you need it, at any stage of your separation journey.
Blue Haven provides practical support and guidance, rather than legal advice or representation. If your circumstances require advice about your legal rights, obligations or options, you should consult an appropriately qualified lawyer.
