Sole Divorce Application Support
Support with your application, from preparation to service.
You do not need your former partner's agreement to apply for a divorce jointly. If you have decided to apply on your own, the process can involve additional paperwork and the responsibility of ensuring your former partner receives the filed documents.
Blue Haven's Sole Divorce Application Support service is designed to help you work through the practical steps involved in preparing your application and arranging service on your former partner.
I will help you organise the information needed for your application, prepare the relevant paperwork within the agreed scope of the service, and guide you through the process of arranging service of the divorce documents.
The aim is to make the administrative process clearer and more manageable, so you can take the next step with greater confidence.
