Building on the context discussed during your session, I will review your draft and prepare a redrafted version that focuses on clarity, structure, tone and readability while preserving what you want to communicate.
Whether you are responding to correspondence, putting forward a proposal or explaining your position, the aim is to help you express yourself clearly and confidently.
One-page letter — $69
For shorter correspondence. Includes review and redrafting of one supplied draft of up to 500 words.
Two-page letter — $99 (this service)
For more detailed correspondence. Includes review and redrafting of one supplied draft of up to 1,000 words.
Word limits apply to both the supplied draft and the redrafted version. The final page count will depend on formatting.
1. Complete a Blue Haven session
This service is available only after you have booked and completed a Clarity Session, Roadmap Session or Support Session.
2. Submit your draft
Provide your existing draft and explain what you want the letter to communicate and any changes you would like made.
3. Receive your redrafted letter
I will prepare an editable version with improvements to wording, structure, clarity and tone.
4. Request a minor revision if needed
One round of minor amendments is included if requested within seven days of delivery. Substantial changes, new instructions or a new letter are not included in the original fee.

Letter Preparation Support is an additional service available only to people who have completed a Blue Haven Clarity Session, Roadmap Session or Support Session. It is not available as a standalone service.
The service focuses on written expression and does not include legal advice, an assessment of legal rights or entitlements, legal strategy, representation or communication with the other party on your behalf. Requests that fall outside the service's scope may not be accepted.
If you have already worked through your situation with Blue Haven and need help putting your thoughts into writing, this service offers an additional layer of practical support when you need it.
